BEAUTY BASICS | The Red Lip

Not quite the "Perfect" red lip... this is more like my red lip.
Most times I opt for a Matte look, other times I want a Moisturising feel. I show how I go about applying my red lip, and I also share with you my lip therapy tips, as well as a few favourite Red Lip products of mine!

The sucking on your finger trick is such a good tip! Thanks for that. Will try it. Almost cracked up when you said "I know it looks wrong...".... You're lucky that both blue toned reds and plum/cherry reds suit you. Gorgeous as always. :)

wow wow you stunner. red just suits you so well. my fav red lipstick is probably MAC's russian red. quite a matte finish but still moisturising. xx

Ok, Shirley...the sugar and olive oil trick is great... for other reasons.Tried it out for the first time before a date with a flame on Thursday and it seems to have left remnants of sugary flavor on my lips. When he kissed me, he paused with (good) surprise and was like, "Jeez even your lips taste sweet." And that's all she wrote!! LOL. Thanks love
