Pleats Please! (A meek~n~mild Lookbook.)

Tuesday, 31 May 2011

I've been requested many times to do a Lookbook featuring an item that can be styled a number of ways! I decided to give it a go, featuring this pretty Indigo Pleated Chiffon Skirt that I made yesterday ()!

Three Ways to style One Skirt...

Daytime Doll.
Who says you can't look cute for class? Play it up with a simple white tee and lace ups!

Tee : H&M // Belt : Primark // Lace ups : Internacionale // Satchel : Topshop

~~~
Daytime Doll (Deux)
Shopping Trip or Lunch date with friends? Turn the skirt into a dress and accessorize it with a flattering waist belt!
Obi Belt : H&M // Platforms : River Island // Clutch : Primark
~~~

Evening Belle.
Dinner or night out! Make a bold statement with this skirt by pairing it with a black bustier and killer heels.

Bustier : Vintage // Belt : Black Fabric // Clutch : H&M // Heels : Zara

*NB* I'm wearing a bodycon skirt underneath. I can also opt for a pair of leggings on cooler days or body suit on a night I feel brave. x

~~~
~~~

I'd love to know what you think, and if you'd want more lookbooks!

*PS* I've got clip in extensions in!
Type of Hair : Sleek Fashion Idol 101
Colour : 1B
Length : 14 inches

 ...Review coming soon! :)

..xo

The last one is probably my favourite look but love all three.

And yes pelase do more posts like this! So inspiring - I'm trying to shop less and remix my own wardrobe and posts like these are great for getting my imagination flowing.
